Confirma Software acquires Boxnet AB and Dokumera AB, further expanding the product portfolio for nordic SME companies.
Confirma Software is pleased to announce the acquisitions of Boxnet AB and DokuMera AB in two unrelated transactions.

With the acquisition of Boxnet and DokuMera, Confirma Software has proforma LTM revenue of close to € 40 million and more than 290 employees.
Boxnet AB is a provider of cloud-based POS solutions for racket-ball, golf and general retail customers. The company has more than 600 POS customers across Sweden.
DokuMera AB is a provider of document templates and checklist that support legal and control requirements for businesses both large and small. The company has more than 2.000 subscription customers that subscribe to the full database of support documents and procedures through an annual subscription to “Företagspaketet”. They also have several thousand single purchase customers that are seeking help with a single or a few templates or procedures.

The DokuMera base of documents, checklists and templates support everyday legal and operational needs of any business. Boxnet establishes Confirma Software with a strong presence in POS-solutions for SME customers in Sweden, adding on to our strong POS operation in Finland. The acquisition adds more than 600 customers to our existing 2.700 POS customers”, says CEO Jarle Mørk of Confirma Software.
Both Boxnet AB and DokuMera AB are based in Stockholm, Sweden.
Confirma Software´s strategy is to continue to grow through the acquisition of Nordic enterprise software companies with established market positions, serving the SME-market or the public sector.
