CONFIRMA SOFTWARE acquires INDICIA Danmark A/S - The developer of the ETRACK1 contact center solution.
Confirma Software is pleased to announce that we have acquired Indicia Danmark A/S, our first company in Denmark. Indicia is a developer of a high-end ticket system to support customer service and support at medium and large companies. The solution is in use at customers like Nets, Ørsted, Erhvervsstyrelsen, Børsen, DHL and Coop Danmark. Indicia´s main solution is the etrack1 ticketing system. The solution supports customer service centers in handling online customer inquiries through email, chat, self-service and SoMe channels.
