Confirma Software acquires PS Finance Group AB

Confirma Software is pleased to announce the acquisition of PS Finance Group AB in Sweden. This is Confirma Software´s twentyfirst acquisition, and the first acquisition in 2024. With the acquisition of PS Finance Group, Confirma Software has proforma LTM revenue of € 80 million and more than 500 employees.

PS Finance Group AB offers invoicing, accounts receivable handling, cash collection and financing solutions for BtB and BtC customers across the Nordics. PS Finance has had an impressive development and has grown significantly over the last years. The company is very focused on automation and integration with their customers, and this goes well with the integration strategy with the different ERP products offered by Confirma Software. PS Finance offers their services in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, the Netherlands and Germany. The company has it´s headquarter in Gothenburg, Sweden and has 45 employees.
