CONFIRMA SOFTWARE acquires QUICK SYSTEMS AS.

Confirma Software is pleased to announce the acquisition of Quick Systems AS in Norway, the developer of the Quick3 ERP solution. This is Confirma Software fifteenth acquisition.

Together with DL Software, we will now work to establish a stronger position in the Swedish market”, says CEO Jarle Mørk of Confirma Software.

With the acquisition of Quick Systems, Confirma Software has proforma LTM revenue of more than € 50 million and 350 employees.

Quick Systems AS is a provider of a full scale ERP solution that has specialized on complex logistics needs. Quick Systems has a very strong position within boat, MC and leisure vehicle dealers in Norway, and have recently launched their solution for the Swedish market. Their activities in Sweden will now be coordinated with the existing Confirma Software units Crona and DL Software. The company has 18 employees.

The Quick Systems team is based in Eina, Norway.
