Confirma Software is pleased to announce the appointment of Thomas Drewes Grube to General Manager of Confirma Denmark.

Thomas has over 25 years of experience leading and developing teams across a variety of industries, including telecommunications, banking, and real estate. He has worked in both large, internationally listed companies and smaller, fast-growing startups, providing him with a diverse and comprehensive understanding of different corporate cultures and business models.

Throughout his career, Thomas has held a range of leadership roles, including in product management, sales, strategy, transformation and general management.

A significant portion of his professional journey has been focused on commercial roles within technology-driven environments, where he has worked at the intersection of business development and technical solutions. His primary focus has been understanding and leveraging technology to drive growth, efficiency and innovation.

Over the past decade, software solutions have been a central theme in his work, giving him a deep understanding of how digitalization and innovation can transform business models and create sustainable competitive advantages.

Thomas has a proven ability to lead in complex and rapidly changing environments, and his broad experience makes him well-equipped to drive both strategic initiatives and practical transformations that meet future challenges.

Confirma Software is a new Nordic platform acquiring strong enterprise software companies with specialized offerings for SME customers and public sector. The group currently consist of 26 acquired companies. We anticipate continued growth, through acquisition, of 3-6 companies on an annual basis.
