Four leading software companies join forces – The result is Confirma, the companies' new growth partner!

DL Software, Nethit Systems, SKJ Systems and Tietoaika have today joined forces under a new brand. From 11.9.2023, the companies will use the name Confirma. Through the launch of the new brand, the companies strive for an even stronger collaboration and a better customer experience.

Confirma's business is to offer software and services to streamline small and mediumsized companies' core business, with a special focus on industry-specific solutions. The new brand combines the Group's ERP systems, cash register solutions, webshops, financial administration solutions and property management systems into a comprehensive entity that is built according to the customer's needs. In connection with the change, the Group's focus on first-class service, profitability and long-term partnerships will increase. We continue to grow, which means recruiting to our offices around Finland.

In addition to organic growth, we have also made strategic acquisitions in recent years. Now we are turning over a new page in the history of companies. Our new brand supports our growth strategy, where the goal is to be the most reliable and versatile software group in the Nordic countries," says Michael Söder, CEO of the company.

Wide range, expert service

Confirma's offering is now divided into six different service areas, on the basis of which broad service packages can be tailored to the customer's industry and needs. The new brand brings together products and expert services into a significant whole. Customers can look forward to end-to-end solutions, and enjoy the benefits of being offered the right service at the right time.

"The launch of our new brand is a continuation of the reorganisation carried out last year, when we concentrated on the efficiency of our operations and processes. We succeeded in making improvements to our ways of working and our ability to serve customers with diverse needs. Our wide range is unique in the market, and our new brand puts us even better in a position to improve the customer experience," says Marketing and Sales Director Pekka Kero.

New fresh look and a warm style

This newbrand brings with it a new, unified graphic identity, which reflects reliability, development and growth. The identity building was based on feedback from its own personnel, based on the companies' own values and driving forces. The tone of voice is familiar, expert and straightforward. Now all Confirma employees share these common values, style and tone.

"In the build-up of the new brand, we have chosen to highlight the importance of all corporate interactions. The graphic expression, communication and tone of voice need to be purposeful regardless of the context. The brand should be appealing to customers and partners, but also to our own staff. Therefore, we will continue to share even more stories from both our customers and our own Confirma employees. We aim to promote people and their expertise, thereby giving companies an identity," says Marketing Manager Simo Suoranta.

Confirma's new website has also been launched, and can be found at the address confirma.fi. The development of the pages will continue during the autumn.
