IT consultant / technician to Quick Systems
We are looking for a talented IT consultant/technician who will support our Delivery Team and work as a connection between first-line Customer Service and our Development Department.
You will get various tasks across our teams, as well as have an important key role in contributing to the further development and operation of existing solutions.
Work assignments
Make simple adaptations and basic programming such as automatic SQL jobs, dashboard content, Insight content and setting up customized reports
Assist our Delivery Team with data conversion
Create course material and internal documentation
Ensuring that our customers have a good user experience of our systems
Relieve our Development Team with testing, debugging and improvement as well as preparing cases to be escalated to development

Higher education is not a requirement, but desirable
Relevant experience and IT competence
Has solid experience with SQL databases in general or PostgreSQL in particular
Has knowledge of basic programming
Likes to convey your knowledge both in writing and orally - individually and in meetings
Is outgoing and enjoys customer contact
Have professional pride and want to constantly improve your own skills and knowledge
Works in a structured way
You are solution-oriented, and like to work independently and in a team
You are curious and interested in learning new things
Perhaps wants to become a developer in the long term
Can communicate fluently in both Norwegian and English

Some travelling and remote work must be expected
Home office is possible for this position if necessary. But we appreciate meeting colleagues at the office and think this is important both for the social aspect and for the exchange of expertise.
