Nethit is looking for a Customer Success Assistant

 We are searching for an energetic person to join our growing sales team. You will work actively in contact with our current customers by mapping out their needs and managing different after-sales activities and closely with our sales team to help the team in sales by booking appointments for them over the phone. You will be answering also our chat-channel.

To succeed in this position, you must be active, quick-witted and have a strong interest in customer service and sales. You can easily identify a potential customer and are able to comprehensively map out their needs.

You are genuinely interested in working in the B2B market and with ecommerce software solutions and with POS and ERP systems. You want to learn how our software solutions enable companies in different market areas to develop and focus on their core business.
