NEW BUSINESS UNIT WITH JESPER RINGHOLM AS NEW SALES MANAGER.

CONFIRMA SOFTWARE CREATES A NEW BUSINESS UNIT FOCUSED ON SME CUSTOMERS IN SWEDEN WITH JESPER RINGHOLM AS NEW SALES MANAGER.

Crona Lön, DokuMera and Boxnet will jointly operate under the Crona brand. Since the acquisition of Crona Lön in September of 2020, we have been looking at ways to expand our service offering to the SME segment in Sweden. Through the acquisition of Boxnet and DokuMera in October of 2021, we have now established a much broader service offering focusing on the every day operational needs of most SME companies. The organization will operate as one company with a joint management team.

At the same time we have the pleasure of introducing Jesper Ringholm as the new sales manager for the Crona companies. Jesper comes from a position as Business Unit Manager at Hogia, where he has spent more than 5 years. His tenure at Hogia has given him deep knowledge about the Swedish SME segment and how to support their operations with software solutions.

The new business unit will offer solutions within payroll, point-of-sale and business templates and documents. All of the solutions are focused on efficiency and control for the customers, and they have established strong positions in their respective functionality areas. The solutions can be used separately or as integrated solutions. The business unit will have close to 5.000 customers, and have annual revenues of 65 MSEK.
