Today is the Worlds Quality day and a lot of people are attending a great National quality forum in Oslo, where the CEO of the Norwegian Maritime Authority - Knut Arild Hareide - just told everybody of their improvement process from an old quality system with heavy procedures to a process and improvement oriented Quality system with EQS.
