COLLECTION ADVISOR for permanent employment to our office in Vaasa or Seinäjoki.

The tasks include customer service by phone and e-mail, but also various varying tasks in debt collection. We offer you extensive training in the industry and a strong and motivated team to support you. We appreciate experience in customer service, but most important is a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and develop.

We want you to have,

  • Positive and open-minded attitude

  • Ability to listen and help

  • Likes to work in teams reliable, accurate and persistent.

  • Interest in the debt collection industry

  • Speaks fluent Swedish or Finnish

  • Good knowledge of the second domestic language and English is seen as a merit
