Confirma Software acquires Edison Solutions AB
Confirma Software is pleased to announce the acquisition of Edison Solutions AB, marking Confirma Software's twenty-fifth acquisition.
With the acquisition of Edison Solutions AB, Confirma Software has proforma LTM revenue of more than € 84 million and more than 510 employees.

Edison Solutions will bring a wealth of knowledge and extensive experience in accounting and financial administration solutions. The team will become part of Crona Software to contribute to our efforts in the Swedish SME-segment," says CEO Jarle Mørk of Confirma Software.
Edison Solutions, founded in 1988, has been a close partner of Crona Software for many years and, with its strong commitment to accountants and accounting consultants, has built a solid position within financial administration. The company is well-known today for its expertise in solutions for agencies, as well as offering systems and tools tailored for businesses with simpler needs.

Planning for the integration of Edison Solutions and its employees will begin immediately. This acquisition is an important step in Confirma's and Crona's strategy to deliver comprehensive solutions within ERP, while further strengthening Confirma Software's position in the Nordic region.
