Confirma Software acquires SOLTEQ CARE and EDISON SOLUTIONS
CONFIRMA SOFTWARE ANNOUNCES TWO ACQUISITIONS IN DECEMBER 2024 – SOLTEQ CARE IN DENMARK AND EDISON SOLUTIONS IN SWEDEN
Confirma Software is pleased to announce the acquisitions of Edison Solutions AB in Sweden and the activities of Solteq Care in Denmark. Confirma Software has now made 25 acquisitions since the foundation in May 2019.
Edison Solutions provides accounting, invoicing and payroll solutions to Swedish SME customers. The company has been a long time partner of Crona Software through offering the Crona Lön solution to their customers. The company has 3 employees and is based in Lund.

Solteq Care has been a separate business unit in Solteq Plc, a listed Finnish IT company. Solteq Care provides electronic journal solutions for dental- and healthcare in municipalities. The solutions are used by healthcare professionals in more than 30 municipalities in Denmark. The business unit has 15 employees and is located in Copenhagen. Thomas Drewes will continue as the manager of the business, and all the employees have welcomed the change to become a part of Confirma Software.

Our public sector business delivers enterprise and payment solutions to a total of more than 500 municipalities across the Nordics.
