Domus' host system connects accounting and consideration monitoring, handling of purchase invoices, invoicing, communication, property management, data management and presentation of year-end documents. Cost efficiency arises when all functions and current information are in a system.

 

Domus' efficiency is based on seamless collaboration between different system components and automations in the app. In Domus, it is also possible to involve stakeholder representatives such as the housing company's board, auditors and maintenance workers to use the same system and thereby contribute to adding value to the entire property management process. For example, the board members can get views on the housing company's finances, administration and repairs.

 

The property manager has access to efficient tools for agile management of customer data and multi-channel communication. Messages can be sent via e-mail, text message, letter, either by printing yourself or as a postal service. Messages can also be sent to the housing companies' notice boards and reminded of them with push notifications.
